RETURN AT FASTICH 

Hey FASTICH fam! If you need to return something, here's the quick guide:

You've got 7 days from when you get your order to ship it back to us. Just a heads-up, you'll cover the shipping costs for the return.

If you need a Return or Exchange, Please Look on these points 

*Keep it fresh: Make sure your item is unused, unwashed, and smells fresh as Delivered  (no odors, please!).

*Quality check: Once we get your return, we'll give it a quick once-over to make sure it's in tip-top shape.

*Proper Quality check (QC): FASTICH gets the final say on returns or exchanges if the item doesn't pass our quality check.

EXCHANGE AT FASTICH 

WE PROCESS EXCHANGES WITHIN 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS ONCE PRODUCT IS RECEIVED BACK TO BASE.

The product should be in same condition as it was delivered to you,Keep it fresh: Make sure your item is unused, unwashed and Re- zip it in our FASTICH,s Polybag. 

For Exchange explaination you can Write us on  mail with order id mentioned. 

Once your order has been received at the warehouse, it will go through a Quality Check and once approved, your exchange/return query will be processed further.
